Your personal chef will provide you with all the official Italian cooking gear including: a chef's hat and coat, an official Italian name, and some joking too! For starters, you will learn how to make a fabulous bruschetta, a must have with any authentic Italian meal. Then participate in the making of a delicious antipasto salad. What would be an Italian cooking class without a lesson on pizza making? Of course this is included here. To wrap up, we teach you how to make Italy's favorite dessert...Tiramisu.
