Universal Studios Hollywood VIP Experience- 6 Guest Mix in Tour

The VIP Experience is an extensive guided tour of the world’s largest movie studio and theme park. Your day will begin with a meet and greet with your Another Side Tours personal guide at the lobby of your hotel where you will than be led to your waiting limousine. Upon arrival to Universal City, you will be escorted through City Walk and to the VIP entrance of the studios where you may help yourself to light refreshments in the VIP reception area. You will be introduced to the rest of your VIP group of no more than 13 people and your Universal Studios' certified guide.

Your tour of the studio will last approximately three hours and includes an exclusive behind the scenes look at the motion picture studio with unprecedented access to areas of the studio lot the general public never sees.

You will explore the front lot area where your specially trained VIP Experience tour guide will explain the motion picture process. He or she will speak about Universal’s vast library of films and television both past and present as well as what’s in store for the future. And if you have never seen an Oscar or an Emmy up close you will be in for a treat!

Next you will travel to our world famous back-lot where you will have the opportunity to explore exterior sets used in many of Universal’s most popular films and television shows. You will also explore our property warehouse where millions of items are available for rent to productions from any studio.

Your VIP Experience also includes our world famous theme park. Your VIP guide will escort you to some of our most popular rides and attractions taking you in via special VIP entrances. They can also help to plan your day so that you can make the most of your time after the tour is over. Your VIP lanyard will provide you with priority access to all of the rides and shows in the theme park for the remainder of the day. This tour includes refreshments, snacks, admission, and round-trip transportation via stretch limo from your point of origination.

The entire experience will take approximately 6 hours.

Small groups of guests are “Mixed In” together to form a tour group of 15 to 20 guests.

Please note children younger than age 5 are NOT permitted on this tour.

Children 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All changes to your reservation require 7 days advance notice. Cancellations or reduction in number of guests done within 48 hours of the tour time are 100% Non-refundable.

Restrictions: For the comfort of all our guests, children younger than age 5 are NOT permitted on the Mix-In tour. Children 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult on any type of VIP tour.

For safety reasons all children must be 40” tall to ride The Simpsons Ride, 46” tall to ride Jurassic Park the Ride and 48” tall to ride The Revenge of the Mummy. No exceptions.

Check In: All Tours meet at VIP Reception located to the right of the main entrance next to Will Call.

VIP Lounge: Upon check-in guests are escorted to the VIP lounge where they will meet their guide and fellow guests and enjoy light refreshments before departing for the day.

Lunch: Complimentary catered lunch will be provided. Please inform our staff of any food restrictions.

Tour Vehicle: Transportation to the studio will be in a limousine unless otherwise specified and the behind-the-scenes portions of all VIP Experience tours are conducted in open-air vehicles.

Special Needs: At the time of your booking please make our staff aware of any special needs in the group. For your convenience manual wheelchairs can be provided at no charge. (A member of the party will need to be responsible for pushing the guest in the wheelchair.)

Walking: Please note due to the behind the scenes access of the tour, guests should be prepared for a large amount of walking and are urged to wear comfortable shoes.
